Goods and services purchased through our affiliated companies will be governed by each affiliated company's own rules, policies and operating procedures concerning customer order, customer service and product sale. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information but we cannot guarantee the availability or pricing on behalf of each company. Disclaimers. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to goods and services offered through our independent affiliated merchants services or related sites including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of the course of performance, dealing, or trade usage. Returns and Exchanges. Customer agree to contact related affiliated company where orders were taken, processed, made payment to and/or received shipment from. Each affiliated company provide their own return and exchange policies. Restocking fees may apply. Certain products when opened are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if the product is not defective. Discount and Refurbished. Items sold as discontinued, discounted or refurbished products may not be returnable and are sold as is. Refurbished products are not defective but may have minor scratches. Spamming Policy. In no way do we participate in mass unsolicited emailings (i.e. spamming). All our customers and affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy. Violation of this policy will result in authority actions defined by the law and removed from our site.
