Please read the hosting service terms before proceeding. All transactions are recorded with your phone line, IP address, date and time. We will prosecute if using fraudulent credit card and account information. Your site will be suspended and deleted with no warning if you plan on uploading unacceptable content such as Copyrighted MP3 and Adult content. We prohibit customer sites that include links to pornographic content, pirated software, hacker's program, gambling, casino, betting and Internet lotteries elsewhere. Violation of indecency and obscenity can result in criminal penalties. No commercially available software, fixes, patches or electronic media (ex. MP3s, AVI, WAVE etc.) are permitted for download on your site. We do not host download sites. Distribution of Internet viruses, worms, Torjan horses and other destructive activities including hacking, illegal and unauthorized accessing can result in serious civil and criminal liabilities worldwide. It is the customer's responsibility to have full backup of their site. We are not responsible for loss of customer content due to server or hardware failures. Our daily systems backup cannot guarantee the content is up to date. Although our customers are provided with 500MB space and unmetered data transfer in good faith, we recognize that some may try to take advantage of our offer and use the space and traffic in ways for which it is not intended. If at any time the customer's website generates enough bandwidth usage to affect performance of other customer sites on the server, we reserve the full right to terminate the shared server hosting service.
